APPLICABILITY

All the rules mentioned in these tour conditions apply to Orient Express Hotels and its clients. Orient Tour offers for Groups & Individual visitors adventure in little traveled areas. VISAS AND DOCUMENTS Each client must have a valid passport to enter Turkey. All persons are responsible for obtaining information about entry requirements and the documentation (visas) necessary to enter Turkey and those countries to which they are traveling. INSURANCE
Orient express provides no insurance for its clients due to loss. Clients are advised to obtain their own insurance for health while traveling and / or baggage loss. Insurance is also recommended to provide coverage to clients if refunds pursuant to the final payment and cancellation clause below are unavailable due to the terms of that clause. THE PRICE The dollar is the currency used for pricing throughout. Please kindly check each section for details. TIPS & TAXES When you make a reservation through Orient Express Hotels, for hotels, tours, blue cruises, adventure tour, guides, and similar travel services; taxes are included in the quotation. However, additional taxes, security charges and other fees collected by governments, airports, airlines and other entities are not included unless specifically listed as included features. FINAL PAYMENT & CANCELLATlON Orient Express Hotels reserves the right to decline, accept or remove, in its sole discretion at any time and for any reason, any client as a participant in the travel services brought by Orient Express Hotels .

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Payment of the services requested from Orient Express Hotels will be charged on the credit card of the client and the final confirmation is going to be made. For giving Orient Express Hotels your credit card details in a secure environment, ( Secure Online Payment ) you can send your credit cards numbers by fax and e-mail. For all travel services by Orient Express Hotels, only Visa or Mastercards are accepted.

CANCELLATION

Reservations may only be canceled by an e-mail or fax sent to Orient Express Hotels. E-Mail Address : info@orientexpresshotels.net Fax No : ( 90 - 212 - 5207743 ) Please check each relevant section for reservation and cancellation policies.

HOTEL PAYMENT & CANCELLATION

Reservations & Payment :

The full payment for hotel room(s) bookings will be charged by Orient Express Hotels on the credit card of the client, and the final confirmation is going to be made. Cancellations : If a written cancellation notice is received no later than ten ( 10 ) days before hotel check-in date, Orient Express Hotels will accept cancellation and refund the payment, except for a $25.00 non-refundable administrative fee.

TOURS PAYMENT & CANCELLATION

Reservations & Payment :

The full payment for tour(s) bookings will be charged by Orient Express Hotels on the credit card of the client, and the final confirmation is going to be made. Cancellations : If a written cancellation notice is received within thirty days before departure, Orient Express Tours will accept such cancellation and refund the land portion costs it recovers from those entities paid on behalf of client only to the extent that such funds are refunded by those entities to Orient Express Tours. Cancellation fee of $25 (59-30 days prior to departure) or $35 (29 days or less prior to departure per person) will not be refunded. If any person is removed from the trip by the operating company of that particular tour (or any optional side trip), Orient Express Hotels' only obligation shall be to refund to such a person a fraction of the trip price, ( in accordance with the operating tour company's approval ) the numerator of which fraction shall be Orient Express Hotels cost for the person’s unused services and the denominator of which shall be Orient Express Hotels cost for the person’s entire trip.

BLUE CRUISE PAYMENT & CANCELLATION

Reservations & Payment :

For Cabin Charters, full payment has to be paid in order to finalize the booking. For Private Boat Charters, 50 percent of the total price has to be paid with the booking, and the balance has to be closed 2 weeks prior to the embarkation.

Cancellations :

If a written cancellation notice is received within sixty (60) days before departure, % 50 of the payment will be refunded. If a written cancellation notice is received fifty-nine / thirty (59-30) days prior to departure, % 25 of the payment will be refunded. If a written cancellation notice is received twenty-nine (29) days or less prior to departure, no refund will be made

RESPONSIBILITIES AND LIABILITY

Orient Express Hotels can accept no responsibilities for loss or additional expenses to clients due to delay or changes in schedule. Tour services including but not limited to guide services, hotel accommodations, meals and other services are also the liability of the client. Each person is personally responsible for any hotel expenses, theater tickets, souvenirs, gifts, clothing, glasswork, art or any and all other items of personal property or services purchased by such person. Each person making reservations for or participating in the trip to Turkey or to the mentioned countries described in the e-mail correspondences understands and agrees to all terms, conditions and limitations set forth herein.
